Private Label & OEM Bathroom Product Sourcing
Source branded shower sets, faucets and bathroom accessories. Discuss logo, packaging and selected finish options for your chosen model and order quantity.
Choose a model and describe your branding. Your inquiry opens with an editable OEM brief.
Before you enquire: Have your destination and estimated quantity ready. Still comparing models? Use the packaging approval checklist or the free RFQ worksheets to prepare your shortlist.
Define what you want to customize
Private label can involve applying your branding to an existing model. A change to a product’s dimensions, components or functions needs a separate technical review. Distinguish these requests in your brief so the quotation can address the actual work required.
| Customization request | Information to prepare |
|---|---|
| Logo application | Artwork, preferred position, size and required appearance |
| Retail or private-label packaging | Box dimensions, artwork, languages, barcode and packing requirements |
| Finish or color options | Reference samples and the exact models to be matched |
| Product or component changes | Drawings, functional requirements and the reason for the change |
Choose a base model first
Review the shower set range, faucets and bathroom hardware. Include product links or model references with your branding request. Clear base-model selection makes it easier to confirm whether the requested logo, packaging or finish can be supported.
Prepare your OEM inquiry
- Target market, brand or sales channel, and the product models you are considering.
- Estimated quantity per model and the quantity expected after sample approval.
- Brand artwork and packaging requirements; share detailed files during follow-up.
- Required dimensions, functions, connections and applicable compliance requirements.
- Preferred delivery window, destination and trade term.
Approve a defined sample
Review the physical product and packaging against a written specification. Confirm the logo position, text, finish, dimensions, included parts and packing arrangement. Where a sample differs from the proposed production specification, record the difference before proceeding. Lead times, setup charges and minimum quantities should be confirmed for the agreed scope.
Questions from brand buyers
What is the minimum order quantity for private-label products?
Minimum quantities and setup costs depend on the base model and the requested branding, packaging or product change. Include your estimated quantity per model so we can discuss a suitable scope. The quotation should distinguish the sample, setup costs and bulk-order terms; no single MOQ applies to every customization request.
What happens after I send an OEM brief?
First, clarify the base model and requested changes. Then confirm the proposed specification, available sample options, pricing and preparation time in writing. Review the agreed product and packaging sample before approving the bulk-order specification. Record any differences or later revisions against that approval.
Can every product be fully customized?
No universal customization promise applies to the range. Options depend on the product construction, manufacturing feasibility and order quantity. Ask about the exact model and change you need.
Are samples available before a branded bulk order?
Sample options can be discussed for suitable models. Confirm whether the sample includes your requested customization, plus its cost and preparation time.
Does a logo change confirm regulatory compliance?
No. Product compliance and labeling requirements must be reviewed separately for the destination market. Request documentation for the exact product and confirm your packaging information before approval.
