Sample Order Agreement

This Sample Order Agreement explains the shipping, customs duty and delivery responsibilities for Aqvia Bath sample orders. Sample shipping may be included to the buyer’s provided address, but import duties, taxes, customs charges and destination local fees are not included unless DDP is confirmed in writing.

Party Definition

For this Sample Order Agreement, the parties are defined as follows:

Party A (Manufacturer / Seller) Aqvia Bath is Party A when supplying bathroom product samples. Party A prepares the sample order and arranges shipment to the delivery address provided by Party B.
Party B (Buyer / Purchaser) Party B is the buyer, importer, distributor, dealer or project purchaser requesting samples. Party B provides accurate contact and delivery information and handles import-related payments when required.

Sample Shipping Terms

For sample orders, Aqvia Bath may offer shipping included to the buyer’s provided delivery address. This means Party A arranges the sample shipment and pays the basic shipping cost to the address confirmed by Party B.

Important: Shipping included does not mean duty paid. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, SST, VAT, GST, warehouse fees, remote area fees or other destination charges are not included unless DDP is clearly confirmed in writing.
Item Included Not Included
Sample Shipping Basic shipment to the delivery address provided by Party B. Failed delivery cost caused by wrong address, unreachable phone or refusal to cooperate with customs or logistics.
Import Duties and Taxes Not included unless DDP is confirmed in writing. Party B must pay import duties, taxes and customs-related charges when required by customs or logistics provider.
Customs Clearance Basic shipping documents may be provided when available. Destination customs clearance, tax payment, local compliance and importer information are Party B’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Contact Party A may provide tracking information when available. Party B must keep the phone number reachable and respond to logistics or customs calls in time.

Party A Responsibilities

Prepare sample products according to confirmed sample details or written agreement.

Provide standard sample packing suitable for normal transportation.
✓
Arrange sample shipment to the delivery address confirmed by Party B.
✓
Pay the agreed basic shipping cost when sample shipping is confirmed as included.

Provide tracking number or available shipment information after dispatch when available.
Party A is not responsible for import duties, destination taxes, customs clearance fees or local charges unless DDP service is confirmed in writing before shipment.

Party B Responsibilities

Provide correct recipient name, phone number, full delivery address, postal code and country.
✓
Keep the phone number available after shipment and answer calls from logistics, courier or customs.
✓
Pay import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges directly to the logistics provider, courier or customs authority when required.

Provide importer information, tax ID, identity information or customs documents if required by destination customs.
✓
Cooperate with delivery, customs clearance and tax payment in time to avoid return, delay or extra storage cost.

Import Duty Payment Notice

During international sample delivery, the logistics provider, courier company or customs authority may contact Party B by phone, SMS, email or delivery notice to confirm import tax payment or customs information.

If the logistics provider contacts Party B for import duties, taxes or customs charges, Party B must pay those charges directly to the logistics provider, courier company or customs authority. These charges are not paid by Aqvia Bath unless DDP is confirmed in writing.

Please keep your phone turned on and reachable after the sample is shipped.

Please answer calls from courier, customs or logistics provider in time.
✓
Please pay import duties or taxes when requested by logistics or customs.
✓
If the parcel is returned or delayed due to unpaid import fees or unreachable phone, related costs may be borne by Party B.

Delivery Delay, Return or Failed Delivery

Sample delivery may be delayed or returned if Party B provides an incorrect address, does not answer logistics calls, refuses to pay import duties or fails to provide required customs information.

If failed delivery, return shipment, storage fee or re-delivery cost is caused by Party B’s incorrect information, unreachable phone, unpaid import charges or customs non-cooperation, the related cost and risk may be borne by Party B.

Confirmation Before Shipment

Before sample shipment, Party B should confirm the product model, sample quantity, delivery address, recipient information, phone number and any special delivery requirement.

By confirming a sample order, Party B understands and accepts that sample shipping may be included to the delivery address, but import duties, taxes and destination customs charges are not included unless DDP is confirmed in writing.
