Bathroom Product RFQ Template
Prepare a clear request for quotation for shower sets, basin faucets, kitchen faucets and bathroom accessories. These free CSV worksheets help importers, distributors and project buyers send the same purchasing brief to each supplier and compare the replies on a consistent basis.
No registration is required. Download the files, open them in Excel or another spreadsheet application, and fill in the details you already know. Leave unresolved points as questions for the supplier.

What the two worksheets cover
The product schedule provides one row per model or configuration. Use separate rows when the finish, included components or installation arrangement differs. The project brief records information shared across the order, such as destination, sample requirements, documentation, packaging and the requested delivery date.
| Worksheet | Buyer completes | Supplier confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Product schedule | Model reference, quantity, finish, intended installation and required functions | Exact configuration, included parts, availability and model-specific quotation |
| Project brief | Destination, sample plan, branding, documents and requested timeline | Supply scope, costs, lead time, shipping arrangements and unresolved requirements |
How to prepare an RFQ in four steps
1. Identify each model precisely
Paste the product URL or supplier model code into the schedule. Add the finish reference and quantity. A description such as “grey shower” can refer to several configurations; a model reference gives the supplier a clearer starting point. If the product is not selected yet, describe the required functions and attach a reference drawing.
2. Attach the installation information
For showers, provide the connection and wall-layout details. For faucets, include the sink or basin drawing, mounting position and countertop information. For wall accessories, state the mounting surface and available space. Ask a qualified installer to review compatibility before approving the order.
3. Separate product, packaging and shipping scope
Ask for unit pricing and identify the costs of samples, branding, special packaging and freight separately. Record the proposed trade term and named place, and ask each supplier to explain what is included. A lower unit price is difficult to compare if one quotation excludes components or services included by another.
4. Record open questions before approval
Mark unconfirmed dimensions, required documents, included parts and sample corrections clearly. Keep the supplier reply beside the original request. Before placing an order, agree the final model revision, approved samples, packing list and written commercial terms.
Choose the right product starting point
- Shower sets and systems: define outlets, controls and installation requirements.
- Basin faucets: match the outlet position and handle clearance to the basin.
- Kitchen faucets: review sink layout, movement and the hose kit.
- Bathroom accessories: confirm dimensions, wall suitability and fixings.
Common RFQ questions
Does this template set a minimum order quantity?
No. Enter your required quantity and ask the supplier to confirm the minimum and pricing for that model, finish and customisation scope.
Can I use it for several suppliers?
Yes. Send a consistent brief and compare the replies against the same requirements. Keep each supplier’s model references and exceptions distinct.
Does downloading send my details to Aqvia Bath?
No. These are blank downloadable files. You choose what to fill in and whether to share the completed documents.
